Prepairing and Serving the Clambake 

I wish this video had gone on longer; it seems to have ended just as it was getting to the best part.

Excuse my ignorance, as I've never experienced a clambake. But I don't see how any of the food is seasoned. Are you cooking the shellfish with no salt, or pepper, or were details left out?

No Seasoning is placed on the shellfish. With steamer clams you take the cooked clam, and dip it in melted butter. (some folks - such as myself, put lemon in the butter).
