You do not know how much your helping me right now😂😂 I know there’s a bunch of navy prep videos but I needed a women to actually explain because you know women to women is different form man to women. Thankyou so much
If anyone is reading this just know someone blind and dead could pass bootcamp it’s easy asl, just know it’s apart of the process, it’s fun and know the RTC’s r just doing there job, listen and be quiet u will be fine
I'm 30 and in the process of joining now! Hoping to get CTR when I did my in office asvab I got a 62 and they said people usually score 10-15 higher on the real asvab so fingers crossed I'll be able to join soon!!
Everything she said is pretty much true with BAH, but one thing to keep in mind that some commands are different and some of them won’t let you get BAH even after your barracks is over 90%. Or even if you are e-4 or 4 years. Speaking from experience lol
the e5 one can kinda take a while to pop up you dont get bah right away you have to wait until you start getting paid as a second class then you can submit a form to start the process to get bah. :)
Hey love! I definitely enjoy it. It all really just depends on your job and the people you work with! I actually have a video uploading in the morning of Jobs that I think anyone joining should look into, so stay tuned for that! ❤️
Hi just went to meps yesterday , you should’ve done fine! I’m guessing, I feel like they treat every branch equally from my experience, I got a physically In and out pretty quickly, their very nice people just don’t say the wrong thing on accident to get you disqualified
Unless you have a real a-hole for a division PO like we did. That was a lot more miserable than boot camp was. And he was there for over a year. Everyone on the ship hated him. So glad he was transferred. Navy '64-'68
Hey, love the info My fiancé and I have 4 kids. We aren’t married. I’m looking to go for mass comm, will I be entitled to BAH before achieving E5 rank?
If u come out of bootcamp as a e3 can u wait for a year to get tuition assistance or to be eligibility for it❤instead of waiting 3 years since u ranked up early
My recruiter won't tell you about the long grueling hours which may consist of weekends, holidays and 12+ hours and duty sections. The mission comes first. Its a fact.
Yes I worked 18-19 hrs a day several weeks at a time. There was always long lines mess hall and then shower time etc I got maybe 3-4 hrs sleep a day. Every day was working parties bring on food and ammunition.
@@JJ-rf7dg I served some some time in reserves. Navy is ok but then best friend talked me into National Guard. My advice go visit the unit on a weekend drill. National Guard you can just walk in go to office pretend you want to join. I ended in the worst unit full of misfits. Being a vet I had the option to quit.
I left the Navy because it wasn't a good life for a single person stationed overseas. Had i been married i could have gotten base housing and had a family life.
Okay I've been in the Navy for about 9 months now and I just got married 2 weeks ago, I'm wondering how I could get my profile updated start receiving BAH
Hey so you have to take them your marriage certificate so that they can update your page 2. & then they’ll start processing it. Take it to the PS’s at your command.
Once you hit the fleet? Normally if you are on a ship you stay on the ship the whole day for duty days (you cannot go home) then they’ll do turnover the next day.
the airforce requirements are a little more strict than the Navy’s. It’s easier to join the Navy. But Air force was definitely my first choice and if it didn’t work out for me, then the Navy was my second option.
@@Brionnasonline Like when will you be able to use your car? If we on the boat all the time when will be on land enough to need a car I guess😭. My badd if that’s everywhere I’m trying to grip an understanding of the whole situation from boot to school to duty
Ouu thanks for clearing that up, I definitely may have confused some with that part! Yes you’re entitled at E4 over four years! 2nd is ofcourse automatic. Thank youu
