Glass water still 4l/h, precision balance 300g/0.01g, PTFE magnetic stirrer bar cylindrical, watch glass ground edge, stirrer bar retriever, silicone semi-glove, graduated jug low form PP, PP measuring cylinder graduated, magenetic stirrer, bottle ISO ECO blue cap, autoclave sterilization tape.

I sometimes buy my agar from hardy diagnostics. They come prepared and also come in dehydrated powders.

Yes, it is, however for specific growth of E.coli, you need to grow colony from this agar first on MacConkeys agar and then on EMB agar which is selective for E.coli.
