There is so much to be impressed with in this video. Two woman obviously not afraid of hard work, digging holes, carrying stones, mixing mortor and building an oven. Yet manage to keep hands looking beautiful. I was also impressed that when you finished the oven you took time to decorate the top with a pattern, adding to the beauty of this video. Your garments also beautiful. I could not help but noticing how much the two woman in picture on the bottom of the water basen looked like you and your friend. On top of all of this you cook an incredible meal in such a traditional way celebrating your heritage and keeping the arts alive for another generation. Truly impressive.
WoW, there is a huge advantage having an outside tandoor oven. This is what real country side offers. A natural lifestyle full of real things life has to offer. The beauty of the scenery, , the flowers and the fruits displays , the cows, the the chickens, the lambs and the dog.The way you are and your family are dressed up with colorfull flowery colours clothes, and of course your excellent cuisine 5 stars.. All this without a noisy music but the beautiful music of nature. I am amazed how strong your mother is , she can cut wood, carry on back and climb the hill, start the fire and cook without showing any weakness. He is also originally from Punjab India. I realised a while ago that I had the same surname as someone I met ( he was from Afghanistan). What a wonderful vid, As Boatbuilder and Maintenance man , a fixer . I was fascinated by the construction and process. I grill a lot , and love Tandoori Chicken . Have you ever heard of the term"Spatchcock Chicken"? it is used in grilling or baking , it means to just cut the backbone out , lay the Chicken/bird flat , season and grill .Since I don't have a "Tandoori oven " It is just another technique to use as you will . For instance I have used it when out hunting for Quail in the Appalachian Mountains in the USA.Thank you for the vid , I wish you well...
