I wanted to like the Minutemen faction. On paper, it should be my favorite one . . . but there's basically nothing to it after taking back The Castle, and then there's the fact that getting in the general vicinity of Preston makes me want to shoot him. There should have at least been in a "Take back Quincy" questline, but running out the gunners just means that they'll respawn later on. Clearly those assholes left some things on the cutting room floor, and thought that radiant quests would fill the void. Sorry for the rant.

Worried about this as the Brotherhood looked like they were mopping the floor with the NCR, which doesn't make sense as they lost last time..

Bethesda loves the brotherhood too much, liked them in the first game, but then they were way too overused.

Well - give me them beans, I could do with about 10 of the cans. My Pip-boy is pretty stocked with an assortment of random items I forgot where and when I got them from. I'll have to carry them in a lunchbox I found that tried to explode when I entered a storage room.. Hard times being a scavenger in the wastes.

Well, most devices pre-war in the universe are powered by atomic energy, and their tv brands are typically the "Radiation King" sets. They have Nuka Cola special flavors that make your pee glow, so I don't find it unbelievable if there could be radiation from the tvs. The narrator would be referring in in-universe terms and logic.

@@panemetcircenses510 Well, we got similar suits like a bush ranger from our history Ned Kelly, he was kitted up like Iron Man's makeshift suit from Iron Man 1, but using the fire would probably cost too much fuel. We need that for the cars, can't go anywhere for long without a ride and unlike in America we didn't lose our ability to drive them as we has a different power source. Most of what turned Australia into the wastes it is now is due to it becoming mostly a hot desert as it spread from the middle to the coastal regions gradually, worsened much more so when the bombs dropped during the Great War. Now it's more so a scorching hellscape, unless you got shade, a protective suit, vehicle or moisture cooled environment it is hard to live in. Some turn into scorched ghouls, burned skin from the radiation and heat, they wander the outback seeking their next waste-lander snack.

I wonder how you explain it. - However, don't expect Fallout to be all fan service and references, as director Jonathan Nolan has made sure to stress that the show hasn't been made for just the fans, and that trying to do it would have been "a fool's errand ". What can be misunderstood about this? It's just an excuse, we all know very well that the ESG agenda will be buried in the series. I see it in every frame. Who did they make it for, if not just for the fans? For the cleaning lady, for the uncle from the neighboring village, or for the bushmen? They certainly didn't do it for the kids.
