Sir at Add Custom Fields task, for the Select the Percent radio button, and click Next. you had selected the number not the percent button so it shows the error while checking the challenge

Make sure the Approver settings for your username has Courtney brown set as the Manager ... How to solve this error

From Setup, enter User in the Quick Find box, then select Users. Click Edit next to your name. Under Approver Settings, click the lookup icon Lookup Icon (search)next to the Manager field and search for Courtney Brown, then click on her name. Click Save.
