im 23 almost 24 and want to join the National Guard so i’m currently training, focusing on cardio bc i SUCK at running and my 1.5 mile is looking around 22 min like you said lol 😂 this gave me so much confidence and hope thank you so much girl ❤️

I have PCOS and have to lose around 100 pounds. I also have a condition where my muscles are naturally weaker (it’s not a condition severe enough to be expelled from the military, but I’ve got to work x2 as hard as everyone else) Many people believe I can’t do it, but I’ll show them! thank you so much for this video!! i honestly have been worrying about my pushups. i don’t have the best run time either but it’s way better than what it was. i ran a 15:14 on April 10th and i ship out on April 16th and my sit-ups aren’t too difficult for me either but pushups feel so hard!!😫 but i’m going to keep trying and pushing and i’m sure i’ll get better.
Way to go and thank you for doing this video! I’m 36 and thinking about joining the Air Force. Honestly I’m not overweight but I’m definitely out of shape and that worries me. But watching your video was very encouraging! It makes me understand that I can do it too if I just put in the consistent work everyday. Thank you!!
37 here and joining the air force... I'm in the same position, not overweight but have some work to do on my endurance. Been about a month now that I've been working out and focusing on my cardio.
