As someone who is currently preparing for the examination to get a job, i spend hours studying. My brain gets exhausted at times, and i think taking breaks is really important like you have mentioned. In about a month from now, i will be sitting for the exam. Thank God that this video popped out on my YT recommendation. It has motivated me more. Goodluck doctor.

Hi Peter, your videos are great and will definitely be the videos I'll watch when I start the first semester of my seventh year of college whenever I need a break from studying. It's been two weeks since I graduated from one of my bachelors degrees and next year I'm graduating from my second bachelor of biology with a concentration in biomedical. I remember when I used to speed run my lectures by watching it in 2.0 speed as well hahahahah also your notes are so neat!!!!! When I study I like to recite to myself what I'm reading and writing as well and I think that really helps a lot with memorization
