Happy New Year Precious and thank you for this video. I want to start my CIMA journey next money but I don't have my certificate with me because I owe my previous institution. I only have my academic transcript and completion letter. Is there a way I can register with using that?

Hello Lesego. I don't know how to answer this question because I don't know what you'd be comparing the level of difficulty to. It certainly wasn't easy for either. It involves long study hours and hard work

They are available on demand so you can book anytime of the year

When you write exams, are you allowed to bring IFRS standards or additional pre-seen material notes?

No you are not allowed. The preseen is available for you to use during the exams. You don't bring your own

Thank you fir the advice❤. I would also like to start my cima journey. I'm currently doing third year at uj. Is it possible to not do bcom hons in financial management And still do cima?. Can I qualify for cima with my bcom accounting degree? Are there any requirements when it comes to the average and marks? I also wanted to ask whether you wrote the uj postgraduate entry exam for bcom hons in financial management, and if yes, are there any tips you can give?

Hey hey. I have a video on this Getting Started With CIMA | Entry Routes and Exemptions ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HPxTjnn3c6o.html But just to summarise, you don't need to do honors to do CIMA. Your BCom Accounting degree exempts you from the certificate and operation level so you'd start at the management level. There are no requirements in terms of marks, you just need to complete your qualification. But there are requirements you have to meet if you are going to do honors Yes I wrote it. My advice is that you just polish up on your third year financial management knowledge and read up on current finance related news such as who is the minister of finance in South Africa and so on
