Personally I think Uniteds time as a successful club in the country is over for the time being. The standards have fallen so low, even under this new regime they’ve already made bad decisions on players, the manager etc. we see this happen in football where it goes in cycles, and United had their long cycle of success, it’s now somebody else’s turn. It’s been city last few years, Liverpool sort of had theirs, now it looks like it will be Arsenal coming along. Perhaps Chelsea will have their time too. It’s gonna take a massive change at United to get back to anywhere near where they used to be. Maybe another 10-15 years, possibly longer who knows
