The next stop of Prepping For Worlds 2.0 brings us back to Adrenaline Alley in the U.K. with head coach Dakota Schuetz and new assistant coach, Roomet Saalik. Day 2 was a rough one for the riders as they had to break out of their comfort zone doing 2 minute runs, and other drills to make them more well-rounded as riders.
