As a fellow Honda owner, those disc plate screws, take them off when the caliper is still connected to the disc, let the brakes provide the resistance and use an impact screwdriver, will never struggle with these again!
With the rotors and the bolts holding them in, if you grab a pass through screwdriver and smack it with a hammer whilst giving a little bit of pressure anti-clockwise they will come undone quite easily. Also, whenever you're doing a brakejob, it pays to grease your calliper slides to avoid them getting sticky and causing premature or uneven brake wear!
As a little tip. They wont round and u wont need to drill them out if u hammer the disk before trying to loosen them, and then also hammer the scredriver into it to loosen it some more
as someone from wolverhampton id have looked elsewhere too 😂. whats more of a concern is he spent 1900 for it, couldve got a whole road legal type R for that which wouldve also had a better looking engine.
Wheels, tires, headlights, seats, gut the interior, type r steering wheel, maybe a roll cage thats not too agressive then swap it and get it tune with headers, catback, rbc manifold and a 3.5 inch intake! That would be the ultimate honda jazz imo
When they said better brakes I think they meant BIGGER brakes. Stilll retained the original stopping power if you don't use bigger disc's and calipers. Think the Type R ones should be a straight replacement?
Thé thing IS a k20 engine on a Honda châssis IS really classic and not original, especially for a "Lamborghini" exhaust its sad i would more sée a 5 cylinder or V6 for "fit" the sound with the exhaust....it was more complicate but never Seen and would probably fit too
For the exhaust fumes at the back, you should thick glass you should not go in. If you’re coming to inhaling trust me you should do that on that car rarely look awesome.
I know how difficult it is to get the original radio out of those honda jazz's, I spent at least 2 hours trying not to damage anything and I ended up just using brute force to get those clips out! I'm waiting to see the 360 parking sensors with that screen too!
Nah thats rice..... Or not even rice, just simply stupid Rather give the Jazz a nice set of coilovers, so a nice sports suspension. Then some wheels, not that shiny-ricy bullshit 19' to infinite R, but some nice 15' OZ, or Borbet or something, 7-7.5 wide with some nice tires to put the power of the k20 to the pavement 🤪
Just done your brakes and you might end up swapping the hubs next 😂 Seriously before you start buying wheels ect consider your swap and what might change with that too.....👍👌👍
