@@MiniPerson143 Most people tie a jacket around their waist to hold it when it's no longer cold. This looks silly, if you look up "just the word" fashion the first the that pops up is not ugly sweaters tied around a t-shirt, but even more silly runway fashion items that no one would wear 😂. So if anything this is for when it's not as cold anymore and it's like wrapping it around the waist. The waist one looks way better.
