I’m half Methodist and half Presbyterian, meaning my mom a Presbyterian and my dad a Methodist, who baptized us all 6 kids in the Methodist faith, but being the youngest of the family I went to church with my mom, and started my early childhood education in the Presbyterian school. I learnt a lot of Presbyterian hymns and sung with my mom. Memories oh memories. I miss my parents may their souls rest in peace.❤🙏🏽
This song reminds me of my days at the Presbyterian boys Boarding school (BANA) Ada -foah . Those were the days of Rev MB NYAFLI and Rev PT Kicher both of blessed memory. Am a proud Presbyterian and this hymns always uplift my spirit.
I grew up next to a Presbyterian church As a kid every Sunday morning I wake up by the sound of the Presbyterian choir singing aloud with soothing rhythm I decided to go to a Presbyterian high school (wanted to join the choir but I couldn’t) For all the three years in high school I fell more for Presbyterian hymns
It is sad i miss my Ga Hymns away from home, am proud to be a Presbyterian for life. Thank who ever God bless him to put this on You Tube. Sam keep it up, God Bess you abundantly.
My Mother was Anglican and my Father a Trinity College Ordained Methodist Priest, who later became Ghana’s First ordained Methodist Priest to serve as a full fledged politician in Ghana’s Founding Government with Nkrumah. All my Brothers attended either La, Osu or Teshie Salem Boys School. I and my baby sister attended La Presbyterian Girls Middle School, after completing kindergarten through P6 at La St Paul Anglican School. We also attended La Methodist Church intermittently to keep the religious peace our parents had maritally established …🙏🏾

What the founder of Presbyterian Church stood for is not seen seen amongst today Presbyterian. We want the real power of God. Not creeds and dogmas of man. But the songs are very powerful and Innspirational
