So I used to try to do small groups at small group time-it was really hard because there were 6 & 7 kids in each group. I was doing it the high scope way. Let me tell you I never accomplished anything! 😔🤦♀️. Switched to doing small groups like you do during free play and with your materials -picking kids according to skills that they need to work on. OMG! We are getting so much accomplished! The kids are happier, I’m happier, my assistant is happier and the kids are learning so much! It’s funny how you get stuck in your ways and beliefs! So glad you showed me another way! Thank you!
