Preserving and Preparing the Pantry for Winter - Life in a Rural Bulgarian Village
August and September are our busiest times for preserving our produce and filling our pantry. Growing and preserving our own food is one of the main reasons we moved to Bulgaria and it is very satisfying to have a full pantry. It’s only August so we still have food left in the garden to harvest. 😊
Pizza topping and cider vibegar are two of my favourite things to make. I use my sun oven a lot this time if year.
