1 1/4 cup water
1 1/2 tsp active dried yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup bacon pieces
4 cups
1/4 cup lard + extra for brushing the loaf and frying the bacon
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
