They never lost there shape no but they lost there color after a few months and after about 6 months they had started to go a bit mouldy so I chucked them out
hi there my name is Alex, I just want to know something, what kind of wax did you use for those roses? do they still look great?, this video was an awesome idea, congratulations and thanks a lot
Ashlee, thanks fort hat. I need an idea to preserve color in flowers, So as I can cast them in resin. will def give this a try. I also noticed you must be in the uk. How do I know? the power outlet gave it away..I'm an ex Brit..:-)

Lindas las rosas pero no me gusto el video no tiene audio y peor no enseña como hacer las rosas osea los materiales me parece una forma egoista..... si no vas a enseñar como hacerlas no publiquel el video y ya....
the liquid in the jar is melted white wax, i used T light candles cut them up into smaller bits and put them in the jar them but the jar in the microwave for 2 minutes at a time and kept checking it untill it was melted completely. x
Hello mam, i also tried this method... but after the flowers dried there was a layer of white wax all over the flower.... It wasn't looking nice at all... please can you tell me how to avoid this and get perfectly waxed flowers like yours...
Prashant bajpai make sure the wax isnt to hot and only put 1 layer of wax on it! The wax once dryed will go a little white but not to much if there's just the one layer on them.. I hope this help you x
No unfortunately it got removed 😔 so I made a second video woth no music in the background explaining what to do, the video is im my list of videos I've done.
Savindya Jayasinghe unfortunately they only last a few more months after doing this, I think I binned my about 6 months later, they need stored in a cool place I think I had myn in the living room window but they may if lasted longer is moved somewhere else.
Ashlee Rebecca I think we will be able to keep them for a long time, if we coat the flowers several times with wax (2 or 3 times) yesterday ,I did the same to some purple orchids
Savindya Jayasinghe I tryed to dip them a few times but the wax went very thick and made them look odd but the wax was starting to really cool down at this point.
Ashlee Rebecca yes, same happened to me, but I love this method. for me, coating wax is better than drying flowers. So, thank you for your video ! That was soooo good !!
surely if your making a video like this you need to have sound, and you would or should check the sound is there before uploading it..............not good.
I'm sorry, youtube took my audio off it for copy right purposes and I made this video over 2 yrs ago and I didn't know how to fix it. I am going to make another video that won't get muted.
