Namibian President Hage Geingob made his first visit as Head of State in Katima Mulio on August 5, 2015 with some of his Cabinet Ministers and Special Advisors. At a Public Meeting held in Ngweze Community Hall where he opened questions to the residents. Mr Alfred Chilinda former MP raised a concern to the political dialogue of the Caprivi Political deadlock , while President Geingob refused the political debates of the Caprivi saying Namibia is a Unitary State which cannot be divided.
