Usually when cases are televised live we as viewers are also favoured by cameras which show the faces of judges....the whole bench...i remember 2015 October in SABC case vs DA at the Supreme Court of Appeal we were favoured by the proper footage of the bench. Plz ENCA reconsider this. Even the volume or voices of the judges(Justicies) are very distant. Note made on Thursday 28/9/2023.
The notion of law, in its classical sense, is a subordinate to politics! Politics ruin supreme over the elitist presumptions of law as ethical guider to society. This case alone is a testimony to my claim. Then, we must ask the questions, what are the politics of the South African courts, if any? The idea of philosophical jurisprudence in South Africa is deeply undermined by the notion that LAW, as we know it, is a subordinate to politics. Again, we are forced to ask: does politics informs the law or does the law informs politics in South African judiciary? Differently put, does politics give the lady justice directives or does the lady justice give directives to politics in the South African judiciary? The remaking and reimagination of South African politics is the remaking and reimagination of the South African jurisprudence! I rest my case, Your Majesties!!!
Dali Mpofu African brilliance at its best but the judges will still judge based on their predetermined ruling I must also concede that the judges I told never to rule Zuma's favour. The judges have career to protect if they rule in Zuma 's favour they will be persecuted
He fidgety he does not know where his documents are he thinks that zimas medical records were exposed but nobody including Dali poopol mpfofu and zuma even know what is that we're disclosed and finally his record ol losing almost 70 cases in a row says it all all with costs

The problem against Adv Mpofu is that he is arguing before a pre-set judiciary. As long as Ramaphosa is involved, forget how blue correct the argument can be the judgement will always be against you!

Infact there are so many case laws Dali quotes in every proceedings he has appeared. He tends to lecture the Judges instead of arguing the merits of his case. Stop boring us with other cases seemingly to flaunt your pathetic debating skills.
