President Kagame inaugurates IRCAD Africa, centre that trains surgeons in minimally invasive surgery

IRCAD Africa, a world-class research and training centre poised to train thousands of professionals in minimally invasive surgery, has opened in Kigali, positioning the Rwandan capital as the continent’s future health hub. IRCAD Africa plans to train 500-1000 surgeons every year in minimally invasive surgery, a modern medical technology that minimises pain and trauma on patients, allowing for shorter periods spent in hospital, a lower risk of bleeding and infection and a speedy recovery.

Where have you heard a President of a country, offering jobs and citizenship to non citizens. When other countries spend billions of their money to build walls; while others keep expelling and deporting others, President Kagame offers citizenship. He thinks out of the box; he acts out of the box; and he wants to defy the superficial borders. He thinks Rwanda but Rwanda in the context of Africa. You give us, Panafricans, hope with a challenge. Meanwhile in Congo, everyone hates Rwanda, France, Belgium, etc etc... but does nothing to progress ... Wake up Congo stop dancing, crying, drinking, work harder! the congolese diaspora in France are busy drinking, sapologying and dancing, they are not interest to build up their ancestors country!!
