Photos of Uganda's President Museveni answering a phone call outside the comfort of his car created a buzz online.
The head of state chose the roadside near Kyeirumba Village in Isingiro to answer the call and even acknowledged passersby.

Steve Swakei I just can't figure out how ignorant people are.. as much as president museven is bad as you say..at list there are some people who are happy and appreciate his work. .
