Yes he’s a servant of God. When a nation strays from God he gives them leadership which will cause them to turn and cry to God Almighty. If they continue in their wickedness , he can even wipe out the whole nation. But where there’s repentance and turning from wicked ways,God himself will raise a lead who fears God and we restore the nation. All leadership comes from God. Romans13:1 If you have bad leadership , it’s because you deserve it. Repent of your evil ways. That doesn’t mean I that I like M7, but I understand scriptures. He will be judged by God for all he’s done, but for now, he’s Gods judgment on the nation.
