30 April 2024 I have no objection to the explanation given by the designer Mr. Miguel Cunat of The Pekoe Trial regards the benefits. But why now? . The obvious question that comes into one's mind is that why the Sri Lanka President waited this long to visit people in different sections of The Pekoe Trail ( two weeks ago Kandy Hanthana and now Nuwara Eliya) to address the burning issues of the Tea Plantation workers such as tea plucker's daily wage, housing, education, sanitary living conditions (Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs) when The Pekoe Trail was opened in 2021? Therefore, this is very self explanatory the President's meeting with the Estate Population is to get the votes by giving false promises since the country is in the midst of a Presidential Election.

30 April 2024 Why is the President Mr. Ranil Wikremasinghe meets people in different sections of the Pekoe Trail when the first 22 stages of the Trail was opened in 2021? Why now? Two weeks ago the Prsodent met with people in Hanthana Kandy Pekoe Trail and now with the Estate population of Nuwara Eliya. The motive is very clear. We are in an Election Year. That's why. Don't people understand this? This is pure election ගැන්ඩු to get the votes. Never can the people of Sri Labka be fooled agin any longer. Mr. President stuff or stick everything you told the people in your mouth. Never again you will ever get the chance to fool the intelligent voters of Sri Lanka. Period.
