President Ruto makes changes in the Prison, National Police Services 

Patrick Mwiti Arandu has been appointed the Commissioner General of Prisons, taking over from Brigadier (Rtd) John Warioba who is proceeding on terminal leave pending the end of his tenure of office. In major changes made by President William Ruto that affected top leadership in the police service, Eliud Langat was appointed the Acting Deputy Inspector General of the Kenya police service and James Kamau takes over as Acting Deputy Inspector General of the Administration Police Service.
