Laws is all about Moral and ethical values. Law on paper is nothing. Bhutto was himself a dictator who banned and oppressed the opposition. He rigged the elections of 1977 which kicked off a massive anti Bhutto movement led by Air Marshal Asghar khan. He had many opposition politicians arrested, tortured and even murdered. He created PSF as his personal force of goons who will kill and beat people on his orders. He destroyed the economy of Pakistan through his illegal forced nationalization and forced theft of other people's businesses and wealth. He destroyed the manufacturing industry of Pakistan. Bhutto destroyed the buerocracy of Pakistan. He politiced everything and apponted his illiterate "jiyalas" at every post and department of Pakistan. He committed many crimes and broke many laws. Above all he also played a great role in dismemberment of east Pakistan along with mujib. Lastly by rigging elections of 1978 and the crackdown and violence that followed he overplayed his hand and gave zia ul haq the opportunity to intervene. What followed was as they say is history.
