President Zuma addresses the cadre forum 

President Jacob Zuma is addressing scores of ANC members gathered at the Pietermaritzburg Town Hall. This was at a cadres forum which is aimed at building a strong political consciousness. The President will be visiting different regions of the ANC in the province starting with the Moses Mabhida Region. The Mozambican government has declared three days of mourning after a fuel tanker explosion incident that claimed 56 lives. 108 others were injured after sustaining burns.
