I'm a staunch Democrat and I hated Bush from day one. But since he's left office, I've really come to respect and admire him. And he's got an awesome sense of humor Edit (4/20): I've changed mind. I had forgotten he didn't take 9/11 seriously. I forgot that his response to said attack was to invade the wrong country, Iraq. I had forgotten that he was a war criminal. I had forgotten his response to Hurricane Katrina. I had forgotten his participation in the stock market and financial crash of 2008. I had forgotten about the deficit blowing up tremendously under his administration while accomplishing nothing. I had also forgotten about his extreme homophobia. Someone had reminded me and didn't think it was right that he was able to rehabilitate his reputation. And I agree

To win in politics you have to be likeable. Period. Both these guy are likeable to an average American. Not so for Hillary. To be fair, it probably is harder for a female to joke around and be likeable. But that's the way it is.
