I guessed right although I thought I had got it wrong until the end, loved the book but did miss the sound effects, so much easier to listen with closed eye's and imagine it all with the added sound effects.👍👍

With a few name changes and except for the plot attacking the first lady, this would be a great movie... A current events documentary.

Really enjoying so far. My father in law was a Marine gunnery sergeant and my father and most uncles served in the military. I love military and political thrillers bc it's a world I don't get to glimpse personally.

The story is still very good, but Cal doesn’t sound like the Cal in the previous books. The voice for him now sounds like a raspier, older man and, maybe it’s just me, but there is not much difference at all between the characters’ voices in this book. Most of them just sound like the same person, but again, the quality of the story is still great.

It's okay and no offence but the previous narrator had a better range of Voices and accents take Trent he sounds nothing like you imagine him to be and what happened to the sound effects and mood music.

Will you eventually be able to put on all 21 books …? Of the series I will be able to books 1-5 in order then I’ll wait for book 6 lethal misconduct Then 👂to books 7-10 and wait for 11 to 21 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I like books in chronological order, especially when it’s a series By the way who was narrater in the first four books….?

You may be waiting a while for Lethal Misconduct. That one's still tied up in right with Audible. Mr. Cooper wanted us to tell you that while it is a series, he wrote the novels to be read in any order. Happy listening!

The idea is, not to let the story tell the speaker, but the speaker tell the story. The narrator is perfect. Not too fake, just beautifully moderated...
