Hello I'm using studiolive 32 and sadly all the preamp is working no sound actually nothing is working the reade panel. Any idea please

there are circuits and parts that are burned, usually this is due to bad electrical installation, bad grounding

@@creativera2180 Grounding? Unless he plugged it into daisy chained power strips, poured water inside or opened it up for some reason, how can a user do this simply by turning on and using the machine?
