We are in such a better state than when he walked through the door! We HAVE to back him, as long as we keep our young squad we will be fine…. I’ve supported Saints for over 50 years and I have seen spells of fantastic football in the last 12 months! We just need to stop the silly mistakes….. I still think promotion last year was a year too early for some of the academy players, but I understand that we couldn’t afford to stay in the Championship for another year. 6 points in the next group of four changes everything. Exactly my thoughts, the team was probably the most broken I've ever seen it when he came in, there's such a good atmosphere now. I couldn't care less if we went down but he stayed and built a team, we will get there if we stick with him.
Not that youtube comments ever make a difference but I'm behind rm all the way, we play well in moments and we have to conmect those moments, so many new players and a different way of playing it just takes time.
Genuinely I know people will slate him off for saints just not getting results but the way he talks about the future is why we need to trust the process and back him, even through this time of lows..the highs will come with RM
I like RM, I think he is a good manager I still think he needs more time, a win will come but that's not just it, it about adapting to the prem and making at long term team rather than just a win. We will get there I think
The thing is though it is clear the guy can talk under water but we need more than that we need someone that is astute enough to make the right calls on the pitch and getting the team selection right and on that he has failed. With the team already losing it makes his tenure at the club very difficult to hold on to

Southampton vs Leicester last season. Lost 1-4 and 5-0 total aggregate 9-1 loss over 2 games. Leicester biggest win was 0-9 away at Southampton. Its fair to say, Southampton probably lose this one lol
