People mention oil in a critical way but Shek Mansour is a true Bedouin Arab and his family stretches back over 2000 years but then in the 1950s Westerners turned up found oil and gas and honestly you could not get a more honest way of acquiring wealth if you tried! So he realises that oil and gas are running out so he has to invest in big businesses like Airlines and Football teams - football is like a religion it will go on forever - to secure income long into the future for his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Plus Abu Dhabi is an old ally of Britain. I think they should weigh these minor hiccups against all the good the City owner has done and realise the good far outweighs anything of a financial fair play and just rescind them all. Spending big does not guarantee success, so where is the lack of fairness?? The best run and most honest club in the world in my humble opinion.
