Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas visits Helsinki on Friday 19 February at the invitation of Prime Minister Sanna Marin.
Prime Ministers Marin and Kallas discuss bilateral relations between Finland and Estonia, the management of COVID-19 pandemic, international affairs and topical EU issues. Topics on the agenda will include next week’s extraordinary videoconference of the European Council concerning the COVID-19 pandemic and security and defence cooperation.

Where would you move from ? I live in Canada and although our Prime Minister is male he has more female ministers than any previous Canadian government including the deputy PM who is amazing. The Defence Minister and Foreign Minister are females and so on. But it’s so cool to see so many female PMs and Presidents especially in the Nordic and Baltic countries. Such reasonable countries.

Why are they doing the press conference in English? It's an official language of neither country. I'm assuming it's because it's the only language that every person in the room knows?

Hi! Internation press conferences are often held in English. However, sometimes the participants speak also in their native tongue.
