Dear Lord, I ask for your strength right now. I finally started therapy for every single type of abuse. My journey to forgive, let go, and self heal has just begun. I am going to learn to love myself, it's so hard. It's gotten dark at times and I fight to live another day. This was mind blowing.

Wow it’s as if you have just described my own childhood and life in detail. Although it took me 47 years to forgive I worked through it to become a whole person. I have used my sufferings to become such a strong person and sympathetic and understanding towards others. I just found god recently after spending my life in limbo over religion. With parents and grandparents of different religions constantly fighting. Something amazing happened to me recently that left me feeling a better version of myself. I am still feeling overwhelmed and now trying to learn about my new faith. Forgiveness leads to peace. Thank you for sharing your story. 🙏

Please leave the negative person. Wait on the Lord to heal your heart and life. Stay away from men for a time and take care of your own life. Do things you enjoy, volunteer and help others. Forgive yourself and be kind to yourself.( former counselor ✝️)

I was sexually abused by my father I left home at the age of 17 and got married so I didn't have to go back home to the sexual abuse and I was just like you I depended on myself and no one else Joyce I thank you so much for sharing your story could help me to share mine yes I did forgive my dad for what he did!??

Okay this woman up here Joyce Meyers are getting up here preaching about forgiving those who hurt you and quit saying bad things about them but yet every time she gets up here she tells how her father molests her and keeps talking about it she's a hypocrite then she gets on here and preaches for everybody else to do what she tells him to do to forgive him and quit telling everybody what they did to them why does not this woman stop telling about her father molesting her everybody knows it and her father got forgiveness before he died so that crap should not be brought up and then her being a hypocrite about it and doing the same thing that she's telling other people not to do

And also I was molested by a family member told my mother about it and she did nothing about it but my father did he run the it was my mom's nephew run him down and was going to beat his behind my mom stopped it My father is dead and gone now but my mother never protected me at all and I got molested three or four times and she knew about it and called me a whore when I was 4 years old but I do not sit and talk about it I do not hold that against her it hurts my heart that she let it happen but if you're going to move on you got to forgive and forget and I have and Joyce needs to do the same

As a christian I was taught to trust in Jesus because he is our savior, he died for our sins. I will always hold on to my faith. It’s difficult but I’m trusting in you Jesus even as I’m still struggling. My husband passed away I’m alone. I’m a single mother since losing my job at Forsyth hospital over declining the vaccine things have been tuff. I’m thankful to waitressing Both of my boys are autistic. Heavenly Father I know you don’t give us no more than we can handle. But Lord have mercy on me. Every month is a struggle not to end up on the streets. I’m still struggling putting groceries in my refrigerator. I have no family nor friends to lean on. I’m so tired of struggling financially. I feel alone. This world has grown cold I get so much hate for sharing my testimony. But prayers are all I need. And I’m crying out to you LORD! SAVE ME. Walking with faith. ❤ ❤

Its great to forgive & pray for those that abuse us; however, those with (abusive) NPD, you cannot open a door or sometimes a window of opportunity. These people are attention seeking individuals who get a sick kick (supply) out of pushing the boundaries. They are in essence 5-year olds in an adult body; and it gets worse as they get older. I’ve been married to a bulling 5-yo, 57 year old for 35 years. So, I’m married to a child that I must constantly discipline when he crosses those boundaries. I’m a rededicated Christian and he’s still back-slidden. I just need prayer and God & Jesus can take care of the specifics. Thank you JMM & all prayer warriors in advance.

My niece and I seen her in Tampa it was so rewarding and her teaching us how to live a Jesus filled life. I've been watching her for many years. I stumbled across her walking through my house, when she taught on TV with a desk sitting on a Chair. To God be the Glory. For blessed teaching.

Me too those were the days. Here we are years later and God is still using Joyce to bring the word in a way that we can all understand it. God gifted her the gift of teaching for sure. Saw her in my state Massachusetts Worcester a few years ago. Someday I will be able to tell her that I first found her while in underground hiding from domestic violence with my two real little children newborn and 3 year old. I was given a Bible which was just New Testament and psalms and proverbs and a book by Joyce Beauty for ashes. That was July 1994. That book set me on a my walk with Jesus. Thank you Joyce for all the years, love you as a spiritual mother.

@lisachismar8 I would say, No. I would talk to her and tell her you're aware of what she's doing, she'll deny it, and you feel the special thing that she recently took can be her birthday and possibly Christmas too. You should keep an eye on her too; in case of addiction or something. Pray about it. I don't believe she should be rewarded with a gift; she already has her reward.❤

@lisachismar8225 If I were you I would still buy a birthday gift for my daughter. Because love is a decision as Joyce meyer mentioned. She is my daughter and I love her for who she is as a person. Not what she has done or not done. And yes, I will confront her wrong doing and seriously let her know her behavior is not acceptable. But I still love her as who she is. It's God's kindness leads us to repentance. I pray that the Lord leads you to say the right thing at the right time to your daughter and you will find favor with her that every word you speak make an impact on her life. Yeah I know forgive doesn't mean you don't forget but not every time you get up on stage and talk about your father how you molester and tells it God and everybody when he got forgiveness for his sins she's nothing but backslider and a prosperity preacher and she uses that to make people feel sorry for her I've been through being molested and it's nothing good but I don't get on here until God and everybody and keep talking about it I forgave forgot and put it in my past
