would i close the hole near the handle manually if cooking? because i tried using the same pressure cooker once but then there was no whistle, instead, the steam came out from that hole near the handle.
In a caning factory someone I knew seen what happens after the relief valve gets fused shut. Blew a entire reinforce wall out. Only one person got blasted with steam cause everyone was already running when it made a loud belch. The guy lived.
Don't know what is about ? As for Pressure cooker is dangerous if operated wrongly ! You should gives explanation of the functions of this cooker given by words or writing on the screen ! All above shown just show 50% of job , just hang half way on the road !

@@MrRolandOchoa the dislikes are bc people expected so see an animation of what goes on inside the pressure cooker (like what the water and steam does). Obviously that's not the intention of this video but when people look for that this is what comes up.

That was the main purpose of this animation when we used it to help prove the case. This particular pressure cooker was defective and allowed the lid to open when it should have remained locked. We do not know how many of these pressure cookers were built with this defect. Hi, I have one like this but it exploded once, how can I know that it's safe to use again? The lock helped in avoiding to the contents to come out, only the water was splashed in my kitchen...
These things are the work of the devil! I was pressure cooking a bird for my family's thanksgiving dinner. When they all gathered around to see as I opened up the gloriously cooked bird meat, *BOOM* ! A huge explosion caused shrapnel and bird meat to fly out in all directions! I briefly lost consciousness; and shortly after, awoke to the devastating scene laid before me. I dare not describe what I witnessed at that moment. The only reason I'm here to tell this horror is because I was of course wearing my cooking protection gear, as every cook does. All my family is now dead thanks to this ticking time bomb and even the mention of that bird.. the T-word... it triggers my PTSD. Stay far, *far* away from these things.
Sorry about your loss. I'm curious as to what sort of protection you were sporting that would have saved your life from such a horrific mishap? I personally only wear an apron and maybe some pot holders while cooking in the kitchen.
