Good topics, I think black painted aluminum deck framing is king when it comes to dimensional stability, corrosion resistance, ease of use (cutting, screwing together, etc) and weight of shipping/using. Obviously cost is higher than pressure treated but it should last a lifetime instead of redoing your deck multiple times if you stay in a house for lets say 50 years.
