Great video and quite inspiring. Cool to see you solving water source problems and making it work. I had an apartment complex a few weeks ago and had to run 450’ of pressure line to get it done.
Happy the SH worked for you. The really dark areas looked more like oil, dirt, tire marks, etc .... I would have thought you would have used sodium hyrdroxide/ a degreaser instead. Job well done. I started around the same year as you and haven't landed any big jobs yet.
Some the darker areas are where the coating is deteriorated and other areas were just mud/dirt. I set expectations with the customer. Thanks for watching
I made a mistake of drinking a shot every time you said organic growth. I ended up passing out about 1/2 way through the video. Fun to watch the cleanup though.
Awesome. Thank you for the response. If there was off property discharge, would you reclaim the waste? I can't wrap my head around how daunting that would be. Just curious how you would approach it.
Great video! Great channel, wondering if there’s anyway we can have a private conversation on pricing, I just moved to Puerto Rico and have a skid on order and have a huge parking lot in my HOA that needs to be done but I have no clue on how to price it. Let me know if that’s something you’d be interested in a 10 minute conversation, thank you.
@ambuilderservices2013 sorry for the late response. Downstreaming would be a bit weak for pre-treating on this job. There were lots of low spots on the surface where water was pooling for years at a time and created lots of thick growth. I used my 12 volt pump and batch mixed about a 5-6% mix.
I wanted to see before and after. I'm not a fan of over explaining. Tell us what you are doing, do it and show when it's done. I love pressure washing vids and will follow you. You do a great job from what I can see in the background.
