This is excellent. Chrissie has always been the Real Deal. I need to know the significance of her "79" necklace. Maybe a nod to the year that The Pretenders released their first singles? 1979 was a great year for music.

Quite a few of the artists from her era have lost most of their voices. Chrissie still sounds perfect! And is easy to recognize. Same applies to Belinda Carlyle.

A very hot and still sexy woman. I dislike her beliefs and attitudes on some things, but take that away and just consider her music, still youthful voice, stage presence, and she has still got It. 👍🔥🔥 I had tickets to see the Pretenders the 3rd week of Sept in '80. But alas, my 5 yr younger brother, just 3 months out of high school and renting a house with me in our hometown, took his life in the house, right behind me on the porch where I was conversing heavy stuff with a girl he loved but couldn't have, the other 3 ppl that were there talking heavy life stuff had gone. I went in after she left and found him. He was a musician also, as was I. So, stupidly, I didn't to the Pretenders show. I think my brother would have wanted me to go. Anyway. . . missed opportunities because life, and sometimes untimely death, gets in the way.

It was a bad fit for the pretenders to open up for guns and roses it would have been better if they opened up for a female rock act

She's starting to look a bit like Alice Cooper.

Too much guitar and not enough bass and drums in the mix.
