Many people in VRChat have a anime as a hobby. With it, as the time flies by, you just want to know japanese, and, you try to study it. But it's pretty difficult language, so most of the time people know only basics, that's why people are saying "a little" :v I also, know a little bit of japanese, also I know english, and im saying this cause it's not my first language :v Learning languages is fun :D

I’m learning how to type it, but my dad was in Japan for 2 years as a second language English teacher so I know a bit from him and anime. I can somehow say weird words like Demon king Bubble Banana Pirate king Gormet(?)

I swear her (?) channel has been a life saver for me. She has a way to make japanese kinda easy, you just have to put your mind into it, think, rewatch. It's really worthy. Not,,, not to brag or anything, but thanks to her I have no trouble so far with the "が" and "は" particle, whilst other people I've watched learning japanese seems to.
