One of my good friends from high school - I used to freestyle while Derek played base in our friend's bedroom. I actually had Pretty Lights play at a bowling alley in Fort Collins for my birthday before they were huge and they would play private shows in our friends house above Boulder. Still rock a PL hat. So glad to see Pretty Lights is back in the house - this was epic!

Welcome home Derek. Everyone missed you. Happy I caught 1 of your 2 sets at bonnaroo. I wanted to watch the sunrise one, but man we all cashed. 3 am to 5 am if anyone was wondering why we couldn’t make it.
Team work makes the dream work. I love how many people it takes to pop off something like that. I always sit behind sound/graphic booths to see everyone involved. Pretty Lights forever, how amazing.
Met Derek in Chicago at Park West years and years ago before PL blew up. He was with the original drummer. He gave my friends and I some of the dankest buds ever. Glad to see him sober and looking healthy again. PL got me into EDM.
