Wow clever Zoe .i.ve been sewing for years but no way am I that good. You said you always wash stuff from vintage so do i.but I must tell you all new clothes and bedding and towels etc I always wash B4 using .I worked in a sewing factory the items are handled so many times .chucked into container.s B4 being packed.so I would advise anyone to always wash B4 you wear.mayb you already do.by the way you looked beautiful in the dress.
