7005 INNER SLIDE LUBE Penray Inner slide Lube is specifically designed for use on forklift inner slide rails. I would highly recommend it. It’s not thick or super greasy like regular grease. It’s more similar to white lithium grease but with Moly. I never had any issues with rollers.

@@theforkliftguy I looked this product up. It’s really amazing to me they made a special product for this. In my mind, it’s still a useless product. Whether a duplex, triplex, or quadplex, the metal on the mast rails never contact each other. Only the rollers contact the rails. This inner slide lube will not make the rollers roll better. The grease and bearings in the roller will, especially in the case of this Moffett with rollers that are able to be greased. For the other 98% of lifts with sealed rollers, it can be worse, causing flat spots. In two decades, I’ve had enough forklift masts apart of many different brands to see this.

@@deanleblanc3805 you could be right. I’m not saying it’s the right thing to do, it just seems to work for me and never had an issue down here in Florida.

Depends on how much grease you put on. I usually just apply a thin layer with a pray grease and it works wonders for almost every senario. If you put too much grease then yes, the rollers turn into stop signs😂 grease also helps with preventing rust in the masts🤠

Not needed. Machine only has 180 hours. I don’t go by what a sticker says, always measure and check every time to be safe, even after running the engine for a couple minutes. 👍🏼 I appreciate the comment.

It’s actually not an undershirt, I use compression sleeves. I buy them on Amazon. They are called Armoray sun protection sleeves. They are the shit. Highly recommend. Keeps my arms clean as well

There another plug on the front I slide the mast all the way to the front on these to drain the oil from the front

Company i work for allows 3 or 4 hours actually. Those forklifts are horrible to work on when there like 15 years old and rusted up like crazy. Everything road related rusts like hell here. Thats why the pm takes so long. Gotta provide quality service and maximum uptime for the owners😎
