Every Afghan is responsible for improving their economy, whether it’s public or privet sector. The initial steps are to first identify the problems and issues related to our economy, then with proper analysis we should find the appropriate solutions for them. By doing so we will help our economy to grow. The sooner we realize the problem to improve or grow our economy the better it would be for us. Sanzar Kakar I am impressed by your thoughts and the public sector implement them someday.

I do agree with Sanzar, It has been centuries that a group of people gathered to earn money and think for their own native and benefit. This is always risky for the economic of Afghanistan. I see that government from the top level their self want to run like this because of their benefit. They never ever think to grow up Afghan economy. If they plan to develop i am sure they can solve all these problems. Currently, some people purchase the government office to work for a period. Once he is there he can do what ever he wants but his target is to earn double of the money he paid. Secondly, they are against outsourcing activities because they know they can not earn money as they are earning now. They are not committed to the people of Afghanistan and they all are thefts and try their best to gain money only.

It's crazy that his predictions came true. The government apparently didn't listen. Let's hope this new government can take lessons from the past, because if not Afghanistan will end up exactly like all the other Arab countries destroyed by the West. I'm really hoping to go there and help, but without an environment for open markets it will constantly be a welfare state. We need the open mindedness of the government and creative thinkers. Sadly I can see the great amount of resistance in the faces of the audience.

not everything should be privatized cause the government acts in favor of the citizens and the private sector in favor of their net profit, I mostly agree with what he says and partly disagree

i think he didnt really say to privatize all the sectors. what he really meant to say that if the government is not really able or has not that capacity to go with it, privatize it. Currently, there are lots of corruption going on is most of the government institutions/Sectors, they are spending millions without being accountable for that.
