All those games that were close last year were with DJ on the bench and Barkley in the backfield. The whole country thinks we stink. You saw those games, you know why. They have to prove it on the field,no more excuses and justifications.
Yeah but the year prior there were a lot of close games that we won. You could argue with just barkley they were it wasn’t enough to get the job done, but with jones and Barkley it was enough to win.
Actually in 2022 through the 1st 6 weeks I'm pretty sure Jones was the leading rusher. Jones ran for almost as many 1st downs as Saquon. And pass to run ratio in 2022 is almost exactly the same
The national media has completely underestimated the Vikings. They are absolutely legit. KOC is one of the best offensive minds today. Darnold is going to be just fine this year because he’s driving a Ferrari and Flores defense is waaay deeper than the patchwork D he had to play with last year. They LET Hunter go and replaced him with Van Ginkle , Grenard, and Turner … hello!? They let Cousins and his inflated salary go and replaced him with the best $10M QB in the NFL. The Giants are looking at the #1 pick in the draft and the Vikings will be vying for a playoff spot. Next year with McCarthy and tons of cap space the Vikings will be vying for the SB.
It hilarious when the Giants have a good season, everyone is so shocked and say “this came outta nowhere!” No one pays attention to one thing about this team that writes them off and then are shocked when they have success.

The Giants were embarrassed on Hard Knocks by JOE SCHOEN... 1) He was asking an OUTSIDER what was going on with Saquon's negotiations elsewhere - which he KNEW were the Eagles - and he told an OUTSIDER of the Giants' intentions in re-signing Saquon, or more accurately NOT re-signing Saquon. As Vito Correleone chastised Sonny "You NEVER show what your thinking to ANYONE outside the FAMILY"...good advice. 2) Immediately after signing Daniel Jones to $140 million deal, Schoen started VERY PUBLICLY looking for his replacement. Another "outside the Family" blunder by Schoen and offering no protection or confidence to Daniel Jones. We'll see @ around 4:30pm ET this afternoon how you feel about the 2024 NY Football Giants ps. Hint...why in the world are the Vikings, who are picked for LAST PLACE in their Division, and who lost their starting QB to injury, FAVORED over the Giants ON THE ROAD....??

Totally agree with Bryce! It was, is and always will be about the trenches! And for Jones, this is most likely the only time to his potential come the light…the Oline looks GOOD. I personally feel Jones will have a good year with the Oline, the extremely upgraded Receving Corp (Leeeekkk!!!) Lol and don’t forget, Daball is now calling plays.
