This guy Pete seems to always want to do a cheap renovation ,you have to spend money to make money if you cut corners you end up with a cheap renovation!

It kills me to see the new flooring wasted, but I get it. It didn't go with their color scheme, which is ALWAYS grey. The exterior paint choices are always bland - white and grey almost every single time. It's a cute house though.

Ugh. You got rid of a beautiful big window that looks out on the backyard so that the mom can keep an eye on her kids... seriously?! Not to mention it darkens it. If nothing else a small window should have been put in over part of it so that the view of the backyard was kept.

House looks OK. Not bad but nothing special. I've always been a believer that a house/home needs a woman's touch. And despite me not being her biggest fan, Christina needed her touches in this house.

This design is kinda why people hate flippers... I'm not a huge Christina fan, but she at least keeps future buyers' functionality in mind. And I've never seen her do the cliché all-grey look!
