This is a joke, needs a complete renovation. Not worth anywhere close to $950K, they would need to drop this down to $700K to make it worth it with renovations, but then again, I wouldn’t even touch this at $700K in today’s market.

I was surprised to hear a listing for just under $1million dollars in Southern Highlands but this house is too dated, needs a pool in the backyard and landscaping. That tile in the front entrance is absolutely atrocious.🤮 Not a fan of the kitchen because it needs a longer island and has no wow factor. There is great potential for this property and the neighborhood is mature and beautiful. Someone will buy this home.

$958K? Seller is dremin' ... lucky to get $700k ... cost you at least $200k just to fix it up and put in a pool --- which it needs. At a million bucks I'd rather just get into a new house and avoid the headache of contractors and dust and scams and getting screwed. 700k max ... and those a/c units are old crap ... need paint ... no balcony sucks ... step-down ankle-breaker at the entrance is crap --- flooring in kitchen is crap as are all the dated things. Yuck. Yeah, 650k, not a dime more

My aunt and uncle home in Santa Clarita is worth that price but it's half the size of this house. It was built in early 2000's and she kept it in showroom condition. So yeah, a good $2-$3 mil.
