It would be completely delusional for me to traverse the world, expecting to seek audience with and be heard by every parade/pride organisations to put across what at the end of the day is just MY opinion, just as it is yours to do a ‘hit and run’ in the comments. I’ve already expressed some so-called courage by expressing my opinion publicly here in the first instance, because I don’t entirely agree with the unnecessary smut that has taken over these public events. The message is being skewed and it’s ultimately harmful and counterproductive to all that has been achieved for, I’m going to assume you’re are part of, our gay and lesbian communities across the world. Some communities in quite a few countries sadly still have a long way to go in terms of their safety and respectful equal inclusion. Another reason these newer themed events concern and deeply disappoint me. I suspect if you and I were to meet in person and have an intelligent non emotive discussion, we would probably find a lot of agreed common ground. The trouble with these written discussions, it’s impossible to hear the other person’s tone of voice, and therefore be misunderstood. That counts for a great deal. An open discussion also permits the provision of context which is vital. On this same discussion on another similar video clip’s comments I’ve taken the time to do that in a respectful manner. It disappoints me immensely when I’ve taken the time to do that, the individual who raised an issue with my thinking, just as you have, does not for who-could-know-why have the courtesy or perhaps courage to respond with an intelligent reply. It’s very easy to write a single inflammatory comment and move onto the next gripe of someone else’s thoughts for motivations unknown. If you are different - terrific! Much respect to you. There are so so many people in the LGBT community right now that are speaking up and speaking out against the Pride/Woke movement. The Pride movement has risen up out of nowhere, like a demonic entity, that is trying to destroy the LGBT community and set gay rights back 100 years. The Pride movement truly is about perversion. There are many gay families, parents with kids, who are abhorred by what they are seeing coming out in these Pride parades and the Pride/Woke agenda being pushed in schools. What makes so many people sick is that many of these Pride supporters are chanting "we're coming for your kids". There is a war on right now. It's LGBT + Hetero communities vs. Pride/Woke movements. Those of us in the hetero community stand with the LGBT community in this fight. Stronger together!!
