Primark is opening a store in Buffalo, New York. Well, this needs yo be said, "They really should have RESEARCHED were they are going to open. Do retailers send out qualified people doing the proper research for certain locations? Do they research the history of locations were they're going to open or is it some sort of tax write off? Don't mean to be so down about this but stores and retailers have come and gone in the location were they're going to open.
