Primary color corrections in FilmConvert Nitrate for DaVinci Resolve 

Primary adjustments are often known as color correction - here, you’ll fix any issues in your footage before you get to the creative grading step.
For instance, you may have a shot that’s brighter than the other clips in the scene.
A change in the lighting might have affected your white balance, or you may have deliberately overexposed your shot to avoid noise while shooting in Log.
Nitrate provides three tools for making primary adjustments: exposure, white balance and tint.
The exposure slider in Nitrate is customized to the response curve of each camera and profile.
Adjusting the exposure slider by one increment is the equivalent of a stop in either direction.
You’ll find the Nitrate exposure correction gives a much more natural and intuitive response than the built-in exposure correctors in your editor.
The temperature and tint adjustments work the same way.
