I really liked this. helped show up some things I missed in my Jan attempt. Didn't have an issue with the sound. I usually ask about teeth during an airway assessment - but although not a history it could also show you're thinking about possible difficult dentition such as buck teeth
Can we take history pertaining to difficult airway such as previous history of difficult intubation or should we proceed straight with examination assessment
The examiner clearly said " to examine.....and no history needed"......so i think the candidate should not have asked about the tooth cups and fillings, this comes under history...............moreover, u usually do not anything to a patient during the examination proper part.............
